Doing yoga in the morning can give you a feeling of tranquility, boost your energy levels, and raise your spirits for the rest of the day, all while giving you a full-body stretch.

You can also  include walks in the nature in  your morning regime.

Along with these it’s very important that¬† you never skip your breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.
