Yoga To Quit Smoking

Everyone knows that smoking is harmful and addictive, but few people realize just how risky and addictive it is. It is an addiction which is not every easy to get rid off. However one can quit smoking if he’s really determined to do so and to help him in this endeavor one and only thing which can help is – Yoga! Yes once again Yoga is the answer.
