Education
I have been fortunate enough to learn from many trainers over the years. I first became certified at 18 years of age. My initial certification was through the North American Bodybuilding Federation where I studied muscle hypertrophy techniques as well as nutrition for body fat loss. I was lucky enough to meet many awesome trainers over the years. I''d like to thank a few of my mentors Antoine Alston who is an I.S.S.A. trainer with 18 years experience of working with clients. Before entering the class, ensure that your cellphone is switched off and you are not wearing any jewelry or bangles which makes noise. Also do not put on perfume, oil or deodorant having a smell or fragrance which attracts others’ attention towards you.

Once inside the class and during the session, show respect to your instructor even if you don’t like him or her and do not interrupt them unnecessarily when your they are giving instrcutions.

Wile doing the yoga poses, try not to watch others as this may distract the...
